Village Books in Dulwich Village are thrilled to welcome Monika Linton, founder of Brindisa, to celebrate the publication of Brindisa, The True Food of Spain.

Monika, along with Brindisa?s Executive Chef Josep Carbonell, will be demonstrating recipes from the book.

Brindisa won Cookbook of the Year in 2016. It is the ultimate book of contemporary Spanish cooking, including classic regional recipes, tapas dishes and information about the best ingredients and producers.
