In the lead up to Zero Waste Week (4-8 September www.zerowasteweek.co.uk) join us for a plant-based social meal where each dish will be made from a combination of surplus items from the food chain plus other sustainable products utilising the whole ingredient from root to shoot.

Guests will be served three courses of vegan dishes with the menu being unveiled at the event as most of ingredients will be sourced that day.

Short films will be screened between courses and drinks will be available to purchase.
