Free Craft and Upcycling Workshops on Saturday 16th September, 10am-4pm @ Southwark's Recycling Centre

These workshops will offer advice and tips on how to make more of your regular household items that you might otherwise throw away. One of the workshops will be dedicated to glass upcycling and revamping. Visitors attending the day can bring any glass they would like to reuse and learn how to paint and decorate it to use in a host of new ways.As well as glass upcycling there will be other arts and crafts taking place for all ages to enjoy including badge making and painting papier-m?ch? animals.

The workshops are one of the many activities of Veolia's Wonder Day which is part of Open House London.

  Dulwich needs more coffee shops,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Could do with a nice affordable greasy spoon type set up since Maria at the Grove cafe moved on. Dulwich cafe now also gone. They were great little places and always a familiar face or two about when we paid our weekly visits.
