Enjoy an Hat making tutorial with local Milliner The Crown Jules then make your own exquisite fascinator.

Bottomless Prosecco throughout the Afternoon and Canapes on arrival, finishing with a quintessentially Wnglish Afternoon Tea made by our head Pastry Chef who was trained in a 5 start hotel Paris and then lead a team in London.

  I agree with Head Nun. My experience is very similar and has been so for the 25 years I've lived in London. They got a lot worse after the Tour de France came here though. And then the Olympics.
