Anyone fancy joining a friendly bunch of ladies who play netball on a Friday morning at 9.30am for an hour in Dulwich?? We play on the courts on Rosendale road. You definitely will improve your fitness, as we have a good run around. I would suggest you would have needed to have played netball at school, but it's not ultra-competitive at all, just really good fun and a relaxed session.(Plus it's good value- only ?4 pay as you go).   A raptor shot into my back garden for a wood pigeon, which managed to get away before it was grabbed. It was very fast and the hawk was smaller than I’d thought it would be, with mid- and dark-brown feathers. Kite?
