Join us for a hands-on session where will you will get stuck into making a jar of Korean kimchi. Kimchi, a staple in Korean cuisine, is a traditional side dish made from salted and fermented Chinese leaf cabbage with a spicy sauce.

You will be given full instructions on how to ferment this jar of spicy goodness at home. It will be ready just in time to serve with the Christmas turkey!

Refreshments on arrival. Tea or coffee and a toasted open sandwich with kimchi, avocado and houmous (vegan, contains gluten).
