Book group,

Just a reminder that we are meeting on the 21st of November and our book is Milkman by Anna Burns:

Personally I am struggling with this book but will slog on till the end.

Look forward to seeing you.

The February book is The Age of Wonder by Richard Holmes. This is a fantastic book.

Dear book group,

Thanks to every one who came to our meeting last night. Our next book is Do No Harm by Henry Marsh.

Itís not our usual genre but should be a good read. Our next meeting is a one off change to Thursday 20th December. Itís also our end of year meal and is being held at Mr Liu Chinese restaurant: 148 Lordship Lane, East Dulwich, SE22 8HB at 7.30.

Itís a nice restaurant and good food, I have been going there for years.

So far we have Sheila, Peter & Anne, Regi, Alice, Sahar and me. I have booked 16 places so please let me know if you are coming.

So get reading folks.

All the best,

Thanks to every one who came to our last meeting. A lively interesting talk followed by a discussion on transgender issues.

Our next meeting is Wednesday 20th February in the Clockhouse upstairs in the Blake room.
