Large black leather corner sofa with the following dimensions (in cm): Long length: 270 Short length: 210 Depth: 90 Height with feet: 80. The sofa is in decent condition save for 1 tear on one arm. I can supply pictures if you PM me. The sofa is large but breaks into 3 pieces and has removable feet and squishy back to make transportation and getting it through a standard door frame easier. We're sad to see this go as its ridiculously comfortable! Collection only.

  Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.
