The pull out bed has been handy for guests, easy to put up and down. We purchased from Laura Ashely in June 2013 for ?1,007 including the scotch guarding. Measurements: 193 cm wide / 88 cm deep / 73 cm high + another 10cm as the pillows fluff up above the frame.I have purposely included photo of the only blemish in photo 3 - which as you can see is barely noticeable. As his cot bed is already in the room, I do not have room to fully extend the bed... I have however attached a photo with it part extended.
