For sale - Vintage trunk - ?60

Hi all,

Vintage trunk in excellent condition going for ?79. Available to collect from SE22 0AP.

Loads of character, and unfortunately couldn't show all of it given the picture restrictions on EDF. But you can see it is an original from the William Whiteley Ltd department store. It has the wear and tear you'd expect from a piece this old, with a few patches where the cloth has worn through, but it's fully functional otherwise.

We've used it as a coffee table (works well if you add a sheet of glass on top) and as a trunk at the foot of a bed. Only parting with it to make room for the new addition to the family.

From handle to handle, dimensions are 92cm (width) x 54 cm (length) x 35 (height). In terms of interior dimensions, it's 83 cm x 48cm.
