The gist of it to predict a winner and winning margin. The 40 group matches are divided into 6 rounds ranging from 5 to 8 games. There is a bonus for getting all the predictions correct in a 'Round'.

Our lovely Victorian streets were designed for horses, carts and the occasional penny-farthing — not rolling apartment blocks on wheels. Maybe we need Victorian-era width limits reinstated… or complimentary tape measures issued with every CPZ permit? 😉

It lays bare the scandalous, harmful and lethal  (in some cases) behaviour of the water companies since privatisation.  I for one didn't realise that the water companies pay the regulator/environment agency to regulate them in one mega conflict of interest.

As last season's inaugural game was such a roaring success, I thought this season it merited it's own thread, so as not to hijack the main footy thread.

With just over 3 weeks to go before the big kick-off, the first thing to do is get an idea of the number of players and then decide what game format the League should take.

Unless I hear otherwise, I will assume that all of last year's participants will join in again. So I just need to hear from any newbies out there.

As for the format, I personally quite like the simplicity of the Lawro game which we used last season, but I haven't yet found an online game version.

EP, did you find any time to look at developing an app?

I am trying to sell my flat in East Dulwich but I am finding the real estate services appalling. The communication is super bad, no feedback, no interest. They promise to call or provide the requested info and never get back. Also, sometimes they are super pushy on asking things I have explicitly said from the very beginning that would not work for me.

Anyone can recommend any Estate Agent they had positive experience with? Thinking of switching

I am pleased to say Love Dulwich did not disappoint - a wide choice, beautifully cooked and presented, adults and kids loved the food. We booked for 7 pm and were surprised at the number of people already dining there, with several more coming through the evening. Service was good and coped well with multiple orders. Well recommended.

Whilst there are compelling reasons that councils need more funding, it still is a painful increase whilst we are still in the cost of living crisis, unemployment is rising and other factors. 

Fortunately you can support a local team, I understand that Palace have pretty right on fans, and you have Dulwich Hamlet and Peckham Town too.

If you genuinely are from the North West then Everton fans are well rated for their politics (ignore the paving over paradise/loss of UNESCO world heritage status), and of course FC United of Manchester. Salford Town not a bad bet either.

For those who are glory hunters dare I say over the river in the North London library aka Emirates (shame they don't rhyme) you have both the likelihood of a title this season and a very multicultural fan base.

Post script, ok calmed down, the thing wouldn't burn and would set my alarm off anyway so outside charred.  The e-mail bounced back to what a great company.  But it would be interesting to hear views, serious or humorous about estate agent marketing

agent who may have experience  in marketing and selling unique properties in the area and who  can 'think outside the box' .

We already know of all the agents who deal in unusual properties throughout London (ie not just in this area)  eg 'The Modern House' etc etc.

I had a quote to fit double glazing to the bay. It was extremely high and I wasn't willing to pay such a lot for a room I don't spend a vast amount of time in.

Has anybody had secondary glazing fitted to a back bay window, and if so was it successful and did it look ok from the inside?

And what sort of price can I expect to pay?
