Hello,

Is there a problem with private messages? I got mine all at once last night even though some were from earlier in the day. I?ve replied to all and have had no response. I also only got one email alert.

There was a problem, it should be fixed now and we're monitoring it. You can tell if the private messages have been read by looking in your sent folder.

I?ve stopped receiving emails letting me know about private messages. I know there was a problem a few days ago but wondered if I need to change anything on my settings to correct this?

Yes, the problem is intermittent and may require something major to fix it.

It seems to be almost permanent to me, and seemingly others from the infrequency with which my PM's get read. It's really damaging the user experience.

Do you not see the message that you have new private messages at the top of the screen?

Given the email alerts are a bit hit or miss but that bit still works fine.

It works, but it's not comparable to an email alert from a user experience perspective.
