I'm sure they even themselves out over the season. Today, late goals cost me 3pts in the Spurs game, but got me 3pts in the Stoke game...

No goals in the Bournemouth game and the chavs cost me a total of 6 points

Man U 3 pointer saved me from dropping headlong down the table but it's only a matter of time.

Bloody hell, both Merseyside clubs screwed up my predictions.

Standards are slipping or it's getting more difficult. This time last season I had 65 points and 53 would see you in a mere 7th place.

This season's weekly average score so far is 7.57.
Last season's final average score was 8.65.
Previous seasons were 7.03, 7.94 and 7.94.
So ignoring last season, this season's scoring so far is about average.
However, as winner of last season's comp I can confirm that the standard then was indeed much higher...smiling smiley

And without Aguero. Not a chance on the score and the result made one of my meagre two point haul today.

Need a correct score tonight to salvage what's been a very poor week so far...

I've had a good(lucky)week helped by several of you having poor ones. I'm still over 50% wrong overall which isn't good.

Was going to moan about forgetting the Friday night game again but seeing the result I wouldn't have got it even at my most pessimistic. Wtf is going on? Feels like they've given up before the season has got started. I think Slav's days are numbered.*

Sullivan told Neville in a pre match interview that he believed in "morality" when questioned about the managers position , I had to smile as the irony was clearly lost on the man, given how he made his money.

Interesting to hear mourinho getting riled by suggestions from the media that his side are favourites to win the game as he has a number of absentees himself. This is the man who says other managers "cry" when they have injuries. The hypocritical one

Made in total ignorance - I get to see a lot of Games here in Toronto but have lost touch with the feel of things if that doesn't sound too weird - I'm appreciating the PL like a foreigner does
