There's a similar Prediction Game for the 6 Nations. If there's enough interest I'll set up a Pool for the EDF. Please let it be known here if you'd like to play.

For any newcomers,it's a simple game were you predict match scores and points are accrued for correct results, proximity to the result and doing better than your competitors.

No. You're in. Lightning won't strike twice. Should that be Luckning? See if you get Mick Mac to enter. He seems to have loads of time at work and it won't take long.

Reminder & invitation to play. See last post.

1st Round of 5 is as follows:

6th Feb. France v Italy 14.25
6th Feb. Scotland v England 16.50
7th Feb. Ireland v Wales 15.00

Anyone know what's with the funny k.o. times on the 6th?

messageRe: EDF RWC Predictor Game
Posted by red devil 29 January, 2016 15:23

I'm guessing the 16.50 is on TV and they don't want it to clash with the football...

messageRe: EDF RWC Predictor Game

Not sure that ever stopped them before.

messageRe: EDF RWC Predictor Game

I think it's probably to do with BBC & ITV who are sharing the matches this year, agreeing not to impinge on the others prime time viewing by allowing the rugby to overlap.

Anyway roll-up. Still plenty of time to play. See above for how to.

Bit grumpy this morning Jah?

Not being grumpy Doc, just don't like pubs full of rugger buggers. I like rugby and will enjoy watching it at home. Too many boorish tosspots with their collars turned up clogging up the pub is not my idea of fun.

Well I didn't make the League in time but after the first round you can -

A) see why we only had one northern hemisphere team in the WC semi-finals
B) zzzzzzz - having problems finding the 6 nations very exciting in recent years. Technical, but poor technique and tactically tedious

Yeah, pity you didn't participate.

A) We didn't have any
B) You can't say the last day of last seasons 6 nations wasn't exciting.
