messageplanning permission for shed
Posted by ms_wilson March 15, 12:17PM

Southwark Council have advised me that I have to go through a formal planning process to put a shed in my back garden. They have advised me that I need to work with an architect to prepare the documentation necessary to apply for said planning. I am feeling like the world has gone slightly mad, and that the bureaucracy of getting permission for the shed is going to cost more than the shed itself. I was wondering if anyone has been through something similar and/or could advise a professional that can help me with this that wonít cost a small fortune? Thanks!

Look at a few examples on planning portal and do the diagrams and application yourself.
Thatís cheapest it will ever be.
