Plusnet and billing problems

I have been with them for a long time but have started having constant problems, especially with their billing. They routinely Take the wrong amount out each month via direct debit, and then refuse to give a refund. Iíve now started recalling the direct debits and then have to speak to them each time to sort it out. They apologise each time but then keep doing it. Thinking of leaving but donít know where to go. Has anyone else had problems with them? Ive looked online and there are quite a few other stories like mine. Plusnet also admitted that itís not only me thatís been overcharged.
