It was dreadful! Sparse selection comprising pre-sliced luncheon meat and corned beef and lumps of drying out cheddar

When we moved to SE22 in 1979, Superdrug/Londis/B2(Budgen's) etc was a 7 Eleven

For a time, bizarrely, it was called Thistells :))
