Replacing a false tooth and straightening teeth

Can anyone recommend a dentist/orthodontist? In my late 50s

Correctional/repeat work needed on teeth that have moved (very uncomfortable night retainer) and a false front tooth that might need replacing.

I'd like to try a different practice this time round.
