Wanted: Short Term Accomodation for Family of 4

Hi there, My family and I are in the process of buying a house in East Dulwich - we are hoping to complete by early Summer. We are currently living with my parents in Peckham Rye but we are hoping to find somewhere to stay in the interim! Ideally ED or Peckham as the boys go to nursery in ED. We are a professional couple, clean tidy and house proud - references can be provided. Happy to pay upfront for right property. Our budget is up to ?2500pcm. Thank you.
