Wanted: 2 bedroom long term let for young family

My partner and I are looking to rent a 2 bedroom property for our young family on a long term basis.

We have lived in our current flat in East Dulwich for the past 6 years, however we have recently had a baby and need to move on to a larger 2 bedroom property, ideally with access to a garden.

We are both professionals (software engineer and teacher) and also have a cat.

Although we love East Dulwich, we are also happy to move further out of London towards the Bromley area for the right property.

Our maximum budget is around ?1400-1500 pcm.
