Family of 4 seeks 3 bed house/flat in ED for long term let from April

We are a family of four (2 children: a 3 year old and newborn) seeking a long term let 3 bed property (preferably a house with a garden) in East Dulwich from April. We have impeccable tenant references and want to stay in the property for at least 3 years. We would prefer to rent the property privately.   Our child is in their last term at Goose Green, and after 7 wonderful years we are very sad to be leaving such a wonderful school and it’s special community. Being 2 form entry, It’s one of the smaller schools in the area and it’s also very diverse with an amazing spirit. Brilliant Art and Music departments, staff and a new library.
