Our recently restored four bedroom family home in Nunhead (near Ivydale school) is available to rent for two/three months from mid-Feb to early May while we're away on sabbatical. Price negotiable - we're simply looking to cover our mortgage while we're away.

Would suit a family moving out for renovation work. Master bedroom has an ensuite plus big kitchen with garden.
