We're renting our 3 double bedroom + 1 guest bedroom property on Melbourne Grove, just off Lordship Lane by Franklins/ William Rose/ Push Studios. Happy for 9-12+ months lets. Two bathrooms + on suite cloakroom in Master. No garden but large roof terrace off master bedroom. No pets. Kids fine but with supervision as house is not toddler proof. ?3,200 /pcm + bills, start 1 May 2019 for 6 month minimum. PM me to see pics.

  Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.
