Hello all

I have a double room available In my ground floor Edwardian flat in West Dulwich, that I would like to rent out. The room can be furnished or unfinished.

The flat is quite large and on a quiet street in West Dulwich. I work self employed, full time and live a pretty quiet life too, I?m tidy and easy going. The flat has a comfy sitting room, dining room, bathroom to share, kitchen and garden. It?s about 12 mins walk to the station and five minutes to the local shops and restaurants, as well as having an off licence 1 minute away. Trains to Victoria also take 12 minutes walk. I don?t have any pets. Gypsy Hill and West Norwood stations take around 15 minutes walk. Dulwich Village is very close too. Parking is available outside without the need for permits.

I would be happy for you to use the flat and contents as your own.

  Hello all, Please excuse me/feel free to remove the comment if this isn’t the appropriate place for it. I am an East Dulwich resident writing a story for the South East Londoner (https://www.selondoner.co.uk) about the problems patients are facing with the service at Tessa Jowell GP Surgery and the Health Centre. I would like to speak with people currently or formerly registered with the practice to learn more about their experiences. This story won’t seek to single out or ‘have a go’ at individuals – by most accounts the quality of care for those who do get an appointment is good – but will look at the quality of service and why it seems to be worsening.
