Large double bedroom offered (unfurnished) in a 4-bedroom (furnished) house,just off North Cross Road in East Dulwich.


House comprises of 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms -each with separate baths and showers. Downstairs wc - large, open-plan kitchen with island unit, washer-dryer, dishwasher, lg american-style fridge freezer & separate wine fridge with sliding doors leading onto rear garden. Large lounge with log-burner.


The room itself is situated at the front of the house with shutters and large built-in wardrobes with drawers, 2 hanging rails and shelves.


Existing housemates are 3 sociable and friendly female professionals of ages between 33 - 39.


Room Rent is ?870pcm + Bills which are c.?150 pcm (includes Broadband, Council Tax, Water, Gas & Elec, TV licence, Virgin Media Cable TV, Netflix & Now TV, Contents Insurance & Cleaner who comes every 2 weeks).


Deposit is 1 month?s rent of ?870pcm.


Room is available from 29th June, but current housemate is flexible and can move out before this date.

    • "If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then it must be a duck" comes to mind Unfortunately, a large number of cyclists do exhibit selfish amd anti social behaviour which, regardless of how many good cyclists there are, is seen as the norm.  It's a bit like one car driver jumping a red light and all car drivers getting tarred by the same brush. Perception is the issue and if cyclists all obeyed the rules, everyone would be less anti them but unfortunately that isn't the case 🤔
