Looking to rent out our lovely light and spacious 3 bedroomed, 2 bathrooms family home for 2 weeks in August. We are based in Nunhead, 10 minutes walk from Nunhead station, and a very short walk to the Ivyhouse!

It is fully equipped, wifi & netflix with outdoor grassy space as well as sheltered decked area. Bifold door led out onto the decked area, perfect for summer days. Theres a trampoline and use of bikes / scooters etc. There are two cats that live there - who would need feeding but have a catflat for getting in and out (so wouldnt suit anyone with allergies!)

It would however suit someones extended family / parents / who are coming to visit them in the area and need extra space, or a family coming to visit the area.

If interested send me a DM. Happy to email some photos or you can come around, have a glass of wine or a cup of tea, meet us, have a look to see if suitable.

Depending on number of guests - approximate price is ?300 per week - with a discount if rented for the full two weeks at ?550 (this price includes cleaning fee for when you leave)

    • A quick Google found this, amongst other things: "Social impact models are frameworks or approaches that guide how organizations or initiatives address social or environmental problems."
    • "If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then it must be a duck" comes to mind Unfortunately, a large number of cyclists do exhibit selfish amd anti social behaviour which, regardless of how many good cyclists there are, is seen as the norm.  It's a bit like one car driver jumping a red light and all car drivers getting tarred by the same brush. Perception is the issue and if cyclists all obeyed the rules, everyone would be less anti them but unfortunately that isn't the case 🤔
    • Crikey. How did you know it was Immigration Enforcement?
    • Saying cyclists are the most antisocial people in London isn't helpful.  Nor is the Standard referring to cyclists as lycra clad louts  Yes we can have an adult conversation.  But emotive knee jerk nonsense is not going to achieve this and just plays into the hands of those wanting a manufactured culture war
