Couple looking to sublet studio/room for a month from July 28

Hi there, we are looking for a studio flat or a double room to rent for about a month while we are waiting to move into our new flat. We are a professional, dependable couple with years of experience in house sharing and can provide references from previous landlords and can pay full month in advance if needed. We are currently in Nunhead but would consider Peckham east Dulwich and anywhere in the area really. We are not a couply couple and very sociable people, always up for a glass of wine, but equally respectful of other people?s need for privacy.
