messageLooking for a double room / flat to rent
Posted by p123 July 17, 09:16AM

Hi, I am looking for somewhere to rent in the east dulwich area for at least 3 months possibly a lot longer, to rent from mid august/early september. Ideally looking for a double room sharing in a house with one or two quiet considerate individuals. Would also consider a 1 bed flat for a reasonable rental price. Bills inclusive would be preferable. I'm a professional male working in central London, so out in the days. I'm very clean and tidy, and just want somewhere peaceful to relax in evenings and weekends. I've lived in east dulwich for about 7 years so i know and love the area well. Please contact me if you think you can help.

Hi Jason

Thanks for your message, it sounds like it could be ideal for me. I'd be interested to meet up and have look round if possible? Is there na earby train that takes you to london bridge?

Best wishes
Pete.

Hi Pete.

Thanks for getting in touch. Gypsy hill train station goes in to london bridge, I guess that is 12-15mins walk from my flat.

I'd be very happy for you to come by and take a look around, I'm home Sunday if that suits you?

All the best
Jason

Give me a call if you are still looking. I have a lovely double room in a great flat which you will have to yourself for a lot of this month.
