Looking for a 2 bed home for long term rental within next few months

Hello there, After nearly 6 years at my current place (where my landlords live above me and we share the garden) they are sadly selling up meaning that I am looking for a 2 bedroomed property locally to rent within the next 3 months in Southwark, Lewisham or Lambeth (my child attends school in ED). Ideally a long term rental that we can treat as, and call, our home. I have exceptional references and treat any property as if it were my own. Maximum budget ?1400.
