I have a massive sunny (dark with curtains closed) bedroom to rent in a big 3 bed property. In a Victorian building consisting of 4 flats. Big communal garden, big roof terrace shared with one flat. All neighbours are lovely.

My two friends/housemates are lovely, laid back professionals. I am currently, unexpectedly overseas. Not sure for how long. But I am completely flexible on length of time someone needs a place for.

Property located across from Peckham rye park. East Dulwich side. Corner Peckham rye and Barry Road.

?150pw incl all bills. Furnished. My personal belongings will be removed and property cleaned prior to new person moving in.
