Looking for a three bed property to rent.

Hi,

We are coming to the end of our tenancy of a house in Dulwich (at the end of October), and we are looking for a three bedroom property in the Dulwich/Herne Hill area, for a long term rental agreement. From the beginning of November onwards.

You would be letting to two Buddhist friends and one ten year old, who are clean and respectful. One of the men is an actor and employee of Dulwich Picture Gallery, the other is an artist and teacher. We are hoping to find something in the area, which we have come to love for a good few years now, for around ?1700/month. Please let me know if you have a property would like to rent, of if you would like to know more.
