The property features a lovely old English green garden which you have direct access too from the basement. This would work well for pet owners and I would be more than happy to take on someone with a beloved pet.

For anyone who doesn't know the area- East Dulwich is a picturesque and cosmopolitan area. We are spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants bars and coffee houses. Well connected with transport links, buses, trains and tube. East Dulwich station is 15 mins and north Dulwich 10 mins , Kings college hospital is a mere 15 mins away with the 185,40,176 just 5 mins from the house. I commute to Shepherd?s Bush everyday I?m just under 45 mins.

Hi Emily and Theo,

My wife Kat and I have just bought a proper doer-upper in East Dulwich and are looking to move to the area whilst the renovation works are taking place in order to supervise the build closely. We?re both in our mid 30s and have full time jobs in the city (references available). We don?t have children yet, or pets (though we love having them around) and neither of us smokes.
