Hi, we are a family of 3 with a 9 year old boy. We are looking for a unfurnished (ideally) small house or flat for 4 months (subject to building works duration) within reasonable walking distance to Heber School.

We are flexible in terms or property type, location and circumstance. Happy to discuss all possibilities.

Best regards

Hi Dan,

I was very interested to read your post about renting your flat. Can you please say if you have found tenants yet, and how much the monthly rent would be?

Thanks,

Simon

I'm also looking for an apartment or house in this area. If you have something to offer, I will be happy. We arrive in London in may, so we need to find a rental accommodation for up to 6 months (possibly longer) before our arrival. But we are a bit demanding tenants. We like to save money on everything, especially on electricity. Therefore, it's desirable that the house that we rent has solar panels installed, which allow us to save money on electricity. And it's very important for us that the house has economical electrical appliances that should be modern, so as not to spend much electricity. By the way, about saving electricity, we were inspired by an article on this site (tinyhousehugeideas.com). Moreover, we are also vegetarians and grow our greens and vegetables in a greenhouse, so we need a courtyard adapted for this purpose. So, I hope that we will find a good home for our family that will meet our requirements.
