Wanted: 4/5 bedroom property to rent from end of October

Hi,

We are a mix of young professionals and students currently living in ED. We are looking to move into a smaller property (furnished) of 4 (or 5 - we have the possibility of another housemate). We are looking for properties in Peckham/Camberwell preferably with a garden or some sort of outdoor space. Ideally we would like to have at least 2 bathrooms. We would like to start tenancy at the end of October and have a budget of ?600-700 each per month.
