Couple looking to rent two bedroom flat

Myself and my partner are looking to rent a 2 bedroom flat, preferably available from some time in December. WE would prefer unfurnished or part furnished as have some of our stuff, with starting contract of 6-12 months, not too short term. Additional features like a garden always nice but not essential.
