Ad hoc Room for freelancer 1-3 nights per week

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone might have a spare room available to let out on an ad-hoc basis?

I was based in London for ten years and have recently moved down and bought a house in Margate. Having recently gone freelance I'm often needing to be in London and having a room up to 3 nights a week (mon-fri) would be quite helpful.

I'd be happy to pay per night so I'm thinking this would probably suit someone who was after some extra income but not wanting a full time lodger. Also would be happy with a single room.
