Spare double room to rent in creative shared home.

Would suit an someone who likes cchildren and dogs as I have a 10 year old son and large very friendly labradoodle.

We are looking for someone who would like to live in a relaxed comfortable home near Peckham Rye in Nunhead. The room is part furnished but things can be moved to suit the person. . It would be a plus if some books could be left on the shelves in the bedroom so maybe someone who would like to live in a room with lots of arty books.
