Hello. I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bed flat in the East Dulwich or Peckham area from February 2020.

Ideally i am looking for somewhere that can be a home as opposed to just another rental property. Single tenant, professional (working in arts / education), no pets and doesn't smoke. looking for a flat to look after.
