messageNow Taken - Lovely 2 bed flat Peckham Rye - available Marchattachment
Posted by amber-999 January 11, 10:48AM

We have a lovely, bright two bedroom flat available from mid-March. The flat is on Peckham Rye, on the third floor of a 30s block, just a minute from the gorgeous Peckham Rye Park. Nunhead and Peckham Rye station are both within walking distance as are the shops and restaurants of Peckham and Nunhead.

The flat has:
- Two double bedrooms, large kitchen, spacious living room, separate bathroom and toilet
- Stunning views over London
- Free parking

The flat has been done up to a high standard, with built-in wardrobe in the back bedroom, lots of storage with built-in cupboards and shelves in the kitchen and living room. Apart from that, it's unfurnished.

Guideline rent is 1400pm + bills.

Looking for longer tenant(s) / Sorry no dogs/cats, non-smoking.

A financial check will be conducted on tenants by professionals; tenants have to provide employment (payslip), job references and landlord references.

4-week deposit (protected by Deposit Protection Scheme)required
