Double room for rent from 1 June

Hi all,

we have a nice small double room for rent in our 4-ded house in Pymers Mead available from 1 June. We are looking for a full-time working professional who is clean and tidy who likes their own space but also can be sociable. We are all into our own thing but like to have a catch up in the evenings if we are around. All working professionals but we have been self isolating for the last 5 weeks and working from home, so you need to be able to work from home/self isolate as well during the lock down.

The room came unfurnished, but there is a single bed, desk, chair and wardrop that you can use if you want, or can bring your own stuff. We have a rota for cleaning and the new person should be ok with that. The house is very spacious and looked after by us, with the room, garage, garden and a small bathroom (exclusive use of the room unless there is an emergency)on the ground floor; sitting room, dining space and kitchen on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms and big bathroom on the second floor.

Rent and bills work out at about ?560-570 per month (although this will go up by about ?25 in the coming months as the landlords have notified us that they will increase the rent in the near future. Deposit ?675.

If you are interested please get in touch with any questions and some info about yourself.

Thank you and keep safe

Mari

Perception is the issue and if cyclists all obeyed the rules, everyone would be less anti them but unfortunately that isn't the case 🤔
