COSY DOUBLE NOW AVAILABLE FOR ?600 pm IN SE4 IN A PLACE TO CALL AND TREAT LIKE HOME

Hi, a cosy double room is now available in my lovely and colourful house. It comes with a queen size bed with two drawers, a wardrobe and two big shelves. Ideally it would suit someone that doesn't come with too much stuff, although there is some storage downstairs.

The rest of the flat comprises a bright colourful living room, a modern kitchen and a lovely big bathroom with shower and bathtub. Finally, there's a long paved garden where you can chill. You will be living with me, an Italian freelancer who's been in London for 13 yrs, and who mostly works from home, and with my partner, who is also Italian. You have to be clean and respectful, and hopefully cheerful, easy going, socially intelligent, and able to grasp the (apparently difficult) concept of recycling. Pls no party animals ;-) The price is ?600 pm and it includes all the bills. No references required, and only ?400 deposit. Pls text me on 07726 768102 me if interested!

Thanks and keep safe,

Roby

    • A quick Google found this, amongst other things: "Social impact models are frameworks or approaches that guide how organizations or initiatives address social or environmental problems."
    • "If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then it must be a duck" comes to mind Unfortunately, a large number of cyclists do exhibit selfish amd anti social behaviour which, regardless of how many good cyclists there are, is seen as the norm.  It's a bit like one car driver jumping a red light and all car drivers getting tarred by the same brush. Perception is the issue and if cyclists all obeyed the rules, everyone would be less anti them but unfortunately that isn't the case 🤔
    • Crikey. How did you know it was Immigration Enforcement?
    • Saying cyclists are the most antisocial people in London isn't helpful.  Nor is the Standard referring to cyclists as lycra clad louts  Yes we can have an adult conversation.  But emotive knee jerk nonsense is not going to achieve this and just plays into the hands of those wanting a manufactured culture war
