Newly furnished room in lovely Barry road flat (?500)

We have a room available in our large flat in East Dulwich. The room has just been decorated and given brand new furniture (bed with storage, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers) and is available immediately.

There is plenty of storage in the communal areas of the flat too.

The flat is bright and airy and has plenty of space. We are very lucky to have a large living room with plenty of extra storage. There is a shared bathroom and a small washroom.

We also have access to a HUGE shared garden (see pic) which is maintained beautifully by the landlords. We have private landlords so there are no agency fees, and they are really responsive and keep the building in good condition.

The flat is on the 12 and 197 bus route, and is a short walk to Lordship Lane , Peckham Rye and Dulwich village. The flat has a dishwasher, brand new washing machine, bathroom and a handy separate toilet.

The flat is also 5 minutes away from Peckham Rye Park, so you're spoiled for green space.

Bills are not included and come to about ?75 a month.

Please let us know if you are interested and we can arrange a socially-distanced viewing. More pictures available on out soareroom ad:

    • A quick Google found this, amongst other things: "Social impact models are frameworks or approaches that guide how organizations or initiatives address social or environmental problems."
    • "If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then it must be a duck" comes to mind Unfortunately, a large number of cyclists do exhibit selfish amd anti social behaviour which, regardless of how many good cyclists there are, is seen as the norm.  It's a bit like one car driver jumping a red light and all car drivers getting tarred by the same brush. Perception is the issue and if cyclists all obeyed the rules, everyone would be less anti them but unfortunately that isn't the case 🤔
    • Crikey. How did you know it was Immigration Enforcement?
    • Saying cyclists are the most antisocial people in London isn't helpful.  Nor is the Standard referring to cyclists as lycra clad louts  Yes we can have an adult conversation.  But emotive knee jerk nonsense is not going to achieve this and just plays into the hands of those wanting a manufactured culture war
