At NLT Properties, we believe that a tenants? home is their sanctuary and that sometimes repairs and maintenance issues can spoil that sanctuary therefore repairs have to be done to ensure the property they reside in is of an acceptable standard. It is for this reason that we have in place a repairs and maintenance service that responds to a tenant?s needs, offers choice, and aims to get the work done right the first time. This includes having an efficient repairs and maintenance service that responds in a timely manner.

As well as a very dedicated repairs telephone line and WhatsApp messaging service.

  I'm going to speak to my friends wife about it , she has already spoken to the headmaster at the school where she works and they have agreed with her to never do anything like this again , I know she is going to be contacting other schools and school board to make an official complaint etc
