Hypnobirthing classes up and running again

Recommended Posts

Hello ED Mums and Dads,

Just a note to say I?m running my Hypnobirthing antenatal classes again, currently as 1:1 private classes either in your home or online via zoom/skype, whatever you feel most comfortable with.

I teach the brilliant yesmum birth project syllabus and will guide and support you though preparing for an empowering birth experience. At the moment we also focus a lot on pregnancy and birth during the pandemic and talk through any worries regarding this and discuss all the practicalities. Sessions and timings are flexible and can work around your needs, usually 4x 2hrs sessions but we can discuss what and when works best for you.

Throughout September I?m offering 1:1 private classes for the same price as a place on a group course (?350).

I have lots of experience teaching Hypnobirthing and I also work as an NHS GP with a particular passion for improving perinatal wellbeing for women. I have three little girls and used hypnobirthing during each of my own births.

I?d love to hear from you and please feel free to ask any questions.

[email protected].

Thanks for reading!

  • 2 weeks later...

Thank you for all your messages! Just to clarify the course only needs to be booked in September for this offer (private course at ?350, the price of a group course place) and you can then start it whenever you wish, generally between 24-34 weeks works best but it is never too late or early for hypnobirthing.

Please PM me with any questions at all :)

Kate

    • I have had two separate incidents of moped drivers deliberately crashing into our car which I believe is part of a wider insurance scam. From what I can gather, they target female drivers who are alone or with kids in high value vehicles (of which I was one). On both occasions for me this involved a moped driver signalling to me to cross a junction and when I pulled away driving deliberately and at speed into the car. Then Jumping up and immediately taking photographs and videos of the car. I’m expecting a bogus insurance claim to follow. i’m posting this in part for awareness and also out of interest to see if it’s happening to other people. One of my friends has also been targeted in a similar way.   If this does happen, please report it to the police and your insurance company. Unfortunately, the police haven’t pursued, my cases and to be honest it doesn’t matter as no one was hurt and there was minimal damage, but this is dangerous practice and the more people that report it the more likely it is the action will be taken.   Has anybody witnessed this or had a similar thing happened to them?
    • Getting married in a month in a 'festival/country' style wedding and looking for old wheelbarrows that people might be throwing away to create a 'ice bucket'/drinks feature! Happy to pick up from the Dulwich/south London area. Ideally looking for free or very very low cost. Would need to pick up before May 11th. Thanks!
