Carburetor problem on small Honda engine?

I'm looking for someone who can sort a fuel problem on a small Benford powerpack which is in very good condition. All was running fine when last used a couple of years ago and have clean spark plug,flushed out and replaced with new petrol and want's to fire up. have put a small amount of petrol down carb and runs fine till petrol has been used so it looks as if the small carb is blocked? I now need to use asap.
