Wanted - Impulse heat sealer or use thereof

Hi,

I am looking for an impulse heat sealing unit that can fuse seams into polypropylene sheet. Either that or pay someone to make the seams on their machine. The maximum length of seam would be around 75cms. The material is lightweight woven polypropylene at 100gsm. The machine should look something like the attached.
