WANTED: Jigsaw Puzzle to help me sleep!

Like many, I've been struggling to sleep lately, and it's been suggested that I try a jigsaw puzzle to help me nod off. Anyone got a decent puzzle they no longer need? Bonus points if you can suggest a tray or similar I could put it on, to avoid me having to clear it off my living room table every night.
