Bedsit/1 bed flat

Has anyone got a 1 bed flat or a bedsit they are looking to rent out? Needn't be flashy - for someone lovely who has recently had a gas leak and is homeless until we can sort it out (it's complicated to fix). So almost anything would fit the bill, so long as not too expensive.
