Hi, Annie. We all expect to miss sleep when babies are young, but once they become toddlers most parents would like to start getting them into a healthy sleep routine. A child that sleeps well means the whole family is happier and more energised each day.
I have another vote to Nicola Watson. Also, there are some sleep trainers apps with calm music, natural sounds and white noise for babies.
Besides that, there is smart technology that helps us to sleep well
