Beaches by train?

Any recommendations for beaches that are accessible by train from East Dulwich / Peckham / Denmark Hill?

We did bournemouth by train. It?s sandy and very beautiful.

how far is it to walk from the station to the beach at Broadstairs

Hove. Get to Brighton and one stop, it is a bit of a walk from the station but have very happy childhood memories of this although we were closer by train.

The beach is pebbley but as the tide comes out it turns to sand.

Hove is lovely and easily accessible by train. If you walk a bit further, you can find a quiet strip. It's beautiful!

I almost forgot Whitstable is a lovely seaside town with excellent restaurants

Folkstone, lovely seafood market on the quay , lovely winding walks along the beach and up the cliff. Also Hastings.
